Our primary manufacturing corridor for sovereign deep tech, bridging the gap between the laboratory and the market. We extract dormant university IP, pair it with a Prime Operator on a twelve-month fellowship, and carry the entire legal, financial and regulatory load while they build.
Horizon cannot build every asset in the Kingdom by hand. SBaaS architects, erects and operationalises entire venture studios for family offices, emerging managers and corporates, then transfers them, or keeps them tethered to the Horizon grid.
Saudi corporates have enormous distribution and no ability to move quickly. We build the new venture entirely outside their legacy structure, on our stack, our procurement, our team, and force an MVP to market in four months rather than eighteen. At month eighteen they either absorb it or spin it out.
Engines C and D operate on client mandate. Engines A and B operate on Horizon's own capital and IP.
